挺好的环境，很安静，停车很方便。房子不大，有点挤。但设施齐全，啥都有。房子在一个院子里面，不大好找，圈了好几圈，问了好多人才找到。

This stay was so bad, I decided to cancel and move to a nearby hotel. First of all, for the most part, the communication is done with a bot. Immediately after booking you'll receive a nice introduction to the apartment, but also a list of "premium" services, one of them being a 2 hour check-out window. Be wary as the "regular" check-out is at 10am and a penalty for checking out as late as 15 minutes results in a 5000 rub fine. Not a great first impression, but not a red flag either. Now immediately after checking in (which by the way is a super easy process and kudos to the host for automating that), I noticed that the apartment was freezing cold. Without exaggerating, even with 2 pairs of warm winter socks and warm slippers, my feet were freezing throughout the entire stay. What doesn't help is that the apartment is located on the ground floor, with windows facing the street through which people walk and kids casually play. This means you'll likely never be able to open the curtains without exposing yourself, and also means that the radiators will always be covered with the curtains, minimizing any chances of warming the place up. With that being said, you probably don't want to open the curtains as there is white mold forming on the red brick walls by the windows, which they conveniently cover. You also don't want to keep the bathroom open as it's freezing cold, with a constant cold draft coming through and no radiators inside. Despite multiple reviews asking the host to place some sort of bathroom rug, there isn't any and so the entire showering experience (which is also the only way to get your feet warmer) is pretty annoying. The same goes for other much-requested items such as dishcloths. There aren't any and so you'll either leave the dishes out to dry (good luck) or wipe them with the provided body towels (which I did with no shame at this point). Besides the cold temperature, for the entirety of my stay, there were some renovations going on in the nearby apartment units. This isn't on the host, but FIY every day from 10am to 7pm the entire apartment unit was shaking with loud drilling noises that made staying in it unbearable. Upon checking in, the fridge was turned off and there was spoilt food inside. I honestly wouldn't mention it as I understand things like that happen, but considering the complete negligence of guest experience, the cash-grabby attitude from the host and the subpar cleanliness, I honestly can't recommend this apartment.
