Had a lovely time. House was cosy and warm. Situated extremely close to the local bus stop and is easily walkable to both the leisure centre and coalville town centre. Brilliantly priced for what you get. Andy was great, and extremely communicative. Had a lovely time. Would definitely book again.

Andy makes you feel at home from entering the house and always present to help if needed. I would happily come back to his place in the future.

Andy was a wonderful host and very friendly and the place is really nice and is a lovely walk from the town of Coalville one straight road…..I would recommend a stay anytime!😊
