Minimal Resort (2 minutes from the sea), comfortable and bright in a quiet complex with a central view of 20 meters pool in a green exotic garden with palm trees. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 3 balconies, private parking, WIFI and A/C. The kitchen has all the utenils you will need to cook a full meal. Outdoor furniture is available. The depth of the pool starts from 1.1 meters and reaches up to 2.8 The pool is usually non-operational from the 10st of September until the 4th of July. It's highly advisable to ask us about the availability of the pool.

Nice apartment on the first floor with all the essentials. Three balconies, all facing the inner side with a view of the pool. Very near to the beach, at most 3 minute walking. Shops within walking distance. Quick internet.
Eleftherios was a great host, excellent communication, friendly and answered quickly. He provided nice tips for restaurants nearby, pharmacies, shops and beaches. The villa looks nice, well equipped with kitchen appliances, however quite old furniture. No WiFi, the bedroom near the bathroom had a bad smell of mould and we could not use that bedroom. It needs some repairs.
This apartment have been one of the best places I've stayed in! The price was properly adjusted in relation to the offered amenities! Spacious, super clean, beautiful apartment. Everything was perfectly organized and spotless. It has incredibly comfortable beds and contemporary bathrooms. The linens were of high quality. The location couldn't be more perfect for my stay. Its on a quiet street but still very close to restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and supermarkets. The Check-in was smooth! The host was always available and willing to help. Highly recommended stay.
No words can describe this place!! The house is extremely clean, the view from balconies is stunning and the rooms are very comfy. The host is very polite and will provide any kind of information someone needs. We already plan to book our vacation in this apartment for the next year. Thanks for everything!

The house is located 2 minutes walk from the sea, where you can find traditional taverns with fresh local fish, beach bars ,super markets and souvenir shops.
The long sandy beach is well organized and beach umbrellas are available.Siviri is famous all over Greece for hosting the annual Kassandra Festival every summer, with an artistic programme full of theater plays and music concerts . The festival attracts thousands of visitors every summer. The road network is excellent and you can move at ease.

I studied at the University of Macedonia in the Department of Finance and completed my MSc in Banking at AUEB. I speak Greek, English, and German.
