Simply a beautiful house and property with a super pleasant caretaker, Miguel. Alice, the owner is great and super helpful and flexible throughout the process. Really can't imagine a better place to stay if you want to be on the beach in El Salvador.

The property was easy to find with the instructions given. Alice’s house exceeded our expectations. It’s set on miles of sandy beach, scarcely visited so that you feel as if you have a private beach. Miguel, the caretaker, is wonderful, cheerful and always helpful. He already had coconuts waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived which was a nice touch given the hot weather. We felt at home while there. The bedrooms are spacious, ac works well, the common spaces have fans and it’s open to the gorgeous view. Home is beautifully decorated and has 5 bathrooms. An overall wonderful stay. We got visited by the friendly kitty that lives next door which made our stay even more perfect. We’ll definitely return:)

We had amazing time at Alice’s place. The house is about 5 minutes away from the market and sunset park. Pictures don’t do it justice, the house is beautiful, very clean ,comfortable and just a few steps from the beach. To top it off Don Miguel is a great host always ready to help with anything you need from trash bags to running small errands he was great and made our stay more enjoyable. Would definitely return!!

Our stay was very pleasant, we love staying at Alice's beach house, it is very beautiful, clean and very comfortable, spacious and accessible to the beach. Overall we really enjoy every time we stay at Alice's house!

Alice's place is absolutely gorgeous! My family and I were blown away by the beauty of this house from the entrance corridor, house, bedrooms, pool, and outdoor gathering places. The pictures on Airbnb do not do it justice. Alice was also a great host as she kept good communication with me throughout the process, promptly answered all my questions, and provided clear and thorough instructions. The onsite caretaker Don Miguel was also incredible helpful and attentive to our every need. He also made sure the house was always secure so that provided peace of mind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return someday soon.
