We love the cottage in North Narooma. This was our third visit and we stayed with friends from England. We all had a lovely a d relaxing time. It’s a really special house. Location is ideal, close to everything but also feels completely secluded.

Sublime! Beautiful country-house with excellent attention to detail. However, there was a greasy oily smell from the kitchen that was unpleasant.

Regarding the location of The Cottage, the surrounds are beautiful. We absolutely love Narooma. We didn’t expect to be so close to the owners house. They can see directly into the cottage from their house and there aren’t any curtains or blinds which made it feel a bit uncomfortable. There are cameras monitoring everything outside which also doesn’t make it feel like a getaway vacation. The house is definitely a lot more run down then the photos suggest and you get the septic smell from the bathroom into the common areas which is as expected in a house on property but it’s still a gorgeous farm house. There are no outside lights near the outdoor fire pit so unfortunately we weren’t able to use it either which was a bit disappointing. We didn’t feel it was worth the asking price per night and don’t see ourselves staying again but it was a good short staycation.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider etwas nah an der Autobahn, man hört den Verkehr.

beautiful house, large garden. the only downside is that it's close to the main road, which is so busy that you can't walk down to the beach. it's very close by car though.
