1. The dishwasher is broken but it is still listed as an amenity in the Airbnb listing. 2. There was construction going on in the building which lasted for about two months, and was not informed to me, by the host. The balcony was rendered inaccessible due to the construction and there was a lot of noise due to it. 3. The house is on a steep hill, a few hundred meters from the tram stop. Infrequent night buses and Maps doesn't show the incline. 4. The picture of the host bedroom is also shared in the Airbnb listing, which is quite misleading. 5. The picture of the WC room is not shared in the Airbnb listing. 6. The host smokes in the house. I was fine with it, but it might be a health hazard for people with smoke allergies. 7. The WiFi has great speeds (upwards of 300 megabits) but the host often makes a whole lot of noise which will make one close the bedroom door, and the speeds turn pathetic due to that. So, the room might not be the best place to get some work done.

I enjoyed a lot my stay at Evelyne's house. The house is super well equipped and the host is super friendly. I have absolutely no complains and I would recommend it.
