Unfortunately, I didn’t get clear check-in instructions. I was made to wait outside at minus temperature and with heavy luggage for 30 minutes. At the end, Tatiana didn’t come at all and remembered that I can make a self-checking. The property is okay, but misses some important things such as shampoo, tea / coffee, etc. They are not obligatory but it would be nice to add them as you don’t usually take them with you while traveling. And the last point - 1 night I could not sleep at all because of the noise in the flat - refrigerator or some other thing was making it.

Bad experience: 1. The location does not have parking as advertised and communicated by the host. Parking is for private residents only. Your car on the street can be moved by the local authority. 2. Host requests your passport after arrival and then will lock you out of building if you refuse to provide. Air BnB handle all ID security, and it is not acceptable to make these requests without any warning in the advert. It also goes against air BnB policy. 3. The host was extremely rude in communication, and refuses to communicate by Air BnB messenger, only WhatsaP. This is because the host flouts AirBnB regulations by providing different information on arrival about the parking, as well as demanding additional requests to the guest once they arrive. 4. The house has no cleaning products, there is no toilet paper and the brush provided for the toilet was broken. In sum, an aweful experience: Tatiana is dishonest, rude and unhelpful
