Perfect location and accommodations for a family on graduation weekend. As it's nearly impossible to find restaurant availability in town during Grad Weekend, we were able to prepare a great post-ceremony dinner and have the family together. Kitchen had everything you could need. While we had to dodge some rain showers, the back patio and yard was a great outdoor space (it backs to a park). The home is a perfect blend of historic with a modern expansion and the pictures online are accurate if not understated. There was more room than I expected. David was super responsive and check-in was a breeze. Overall great experience.

David’s home was the perfect weekend getaway for our family and our children’s first trip to Penn State! From booking to checkout, David was responsive and inviting into his home. He even had grilled stickies waiting for us on our arrival! His house is situated in a great location, close enough to downtown but quiet enough for a relaxing weekend away with our family. We cannot recommend this beautiful home enough for anyone traveling to Penn State!

Stayed at David’s place for our daughter’s Penn State graduation and it was perfect for our extended family. The house is on a beautiful, quiet street yet walkable to downtown State College. David was an excellent host.

The house was very clean. Walking distance from downtown in a quite neighborhood. Everything was as represented. David was very helpful in recommending restaurants and how to get around State College.
