A comfortable and secure townhouse in the heart of Weltevreden park close to Clearwater mall and major freeways. A charming home with use of the private splash pool and garden. A shared kitchen and private bedroom and bathroom in an access controlled complex. Ideal for executives and students. Please note that small pets are part of the family so occupants need to be pet lovers. A modern, eclectic home with lots of charm. Shared use of all kitchen appliances such as kettle, toaster, microwave etc. Fresh towels are provided every 2 days for longer stays. Includes clean, linen and towels.

Jacky is an absolutely fantastic host, it felt like staying with a friend. The weather was cold, so she made sure I had an electric blanket and a heater. I was having trouble with my car, and she went out of her way to help me fix it. The room was very neat and cozy, and I had my own bathroom. Loved the pets too, very joyful and friendly. The complex is very safe. Thank you, Jacky, for making my stay so pleasant!
