We only stayed for a couple of days, but the apartment was fantastic! Walkable to Centro Storico, many restaurants (the burgers at Life Bar were out of this world!), and supermarkets. Everything you need is in the very well appointed apartment. Perfect size for 2 people. There is parking on premises but it can be very haphazard. There are no actual lined parking spaces, so people just park "wherever". We luckily never got blocked in, but I saw a few cars that did. The random parking situation is the only "down" I can find about this place, but it isn't enough to stop me from staying here again!

The location can't be beat, and you get free parking! Everything was described well, and the place is spacious, comfortable, clean and has everything we needed. Our stay was when Cosenza had mild temperatures, but the apartment still was a little hot at night, so we kept the balcony doors open at night to cool the place. There are lots of apartments being built all around this AirBnB, which is obstructing his view of the bridge and city. But, it was still wonderful to look out from the balcony. This is an extremely good value! Thanks, Decio.

Decio was a great host, full of recommendations for Cosenza and Sila National Park. However, we found the place to be unclean and lacking some features that were listed on this page. It was very hot when we visited and the fans didn’t help that much. Having said this, the location could not be more perfect for the old and new parts of town, with a grocery store a 2 minute walk.
