The stay was so beautiful and cozy we wanted to extend! My boyfriend and I felt right at home in this studio apartment. Jeff was quick to respond when checking in since we didn't notice the lockbox on the left of the gate. The place was set up with towels, clean bed/shower/kitchen, studio was tidy. Truly the yard of an artist with all the colorful decorations. The studio is private, quite, and really close to Central Ave shops. Parking was close and easy. We had a desk to work, AC, pans & oil to cook, and ice in the freezer for our water. My biggest fear on arrival was the reviews about bugs, like Jeff mentioned Palmetto bugs are common in FL (i live locally), so want to reassure everyone that the place was perfect and there were no scary bugs! Thank you Jeff for your hospitality and warm welcome on Wednesday when you checked in about our stay!

The Craftsman House was a gorgeous place to stay and Jeff was a wonderful host! There were only 1 thing that kept this from being a 5 star experience. Since this Airbnb was in the attic of the renovated home, it doesn’t seem like there was adequate insulation put in and it got very hot up there during the day, even with the A/C blasting. When we would come back to the house to relax between activities it was almost unbearable to be up there. At night it was nice and cool though! The location can’t be beat though, it’s an awesome spot and very walkable to the fun places nearby on Central Ave.! Overall I would definitely stay here again, just maybe in a cooler month!
