Charmant cottage pour 4 personnes. très bien équipé. bel environnement. propriétaire sur place mais difficilement joignable ou absent. la communication par téléphone est difficile.

A nice, traditional holiday cottage set in beautiful countryside. There’s a huge garden, perfect for a peaceful breakfast at the start of the day. The Chaser Inn in Shipbourne does good food.

I'm renting properties all over the world from airbnb for years and far off this was the worst experience. Its not about accommodation(I didn't manage to check in even for one night so i can't say anything about property)but the communication itself. I booked the cottage for one week, but 12h after I made a booking my family memeber died and I need to stay in my country so I kindly ask uf is possible to change the dates because the funeral was same day as check in and if is not possible can I cancel booking because was like last minute booking with cancellation(only 12h). The lady said she can't do anything...We travel from my country to UK and we have 1 more night left out of 7, but I realised I didn't received check in details(accommodation was paid in full and i should received that straight away) I wrote email but unfortunately my sim card stop working in UK. I had emergency number from cottages,com's which you can call but lady on other side told me she can't help with check in....so I end up stying in hotel and loose all the money on house which I didn't even check in. That my first bad review since I join airbnb, very disappointed...
