The Location of this place is really nice and within walking distance to everything. We have a group of 10 and it accommodated all of us with the whole apartment. The place is clean and the view of the place is very beautiful. Since it's located at the center of the everything the noise is understandable since you are in the middle of all the action. Overall we liked the place and will recommend to other.

Being directly located on the Piazza della Signoria was amazing! As a family of 5, 3 children between 17-23, the 3 bedroom/3bath/3 kitchenettes, & foyer that served as the hub, was perfect. Location & views from our suite was our favorite. Everything in Florence evolved around this epicenter. Everything was walkable including restaurants, leather markets, shops & quaint grocery stores. As with all city life, we embraced the sounds & watched the tourists meander throughout the days/evenings. We attended a family wedding & having 3 separate showers with great hot water & space to dress was a must. Closets were just right with hangers. A/C was modern & very functional. Needed to cool down after long days in the city. Our arrival flight was redirected to Pisa due to storms and our host was very responsive in getting us checked-in. Use their towel delivery service for a small charge; worth it. Breakfast on the square was a personal favorite. Arrivederci!

We enjoyed our stay at Federico's apartment! The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Florence, close to lots of attractions, restaurants, cafes and shops! The apartment was ideal for our party of six (3 couples), as each couple had their own space with private bedroom and bath. We did not cook in the apartment, although basic supplies seemed to be covered. The apartment overlooks the Piazza della Signoria, so there's always action nearby. The noise was not a big factor with the windows closed. Overall, great stay and would stay here again.
