L'appartamento di Ivano è perfetto, pulizia da 10 e lode. Terrazzo favoloso Letto comodissimo Ivano è un host disponibile ed attento. Casarano è una cittadina molto ben servita, ricca di ristoranti e locali di buon livello, ma molto silenziosa perfetta per riposare le fatiche vacanziere.

IT: Casa di città vecchia molto ben curata e splendidamente ristrutturata con tipica planimetria salentina autogestita. L'appartamento al 1° piano è raggiungibile attraverso una stretta scala, le stanze a loro volta hanno 2 scale a diversi livelli. :-) L'appartamento è dotato di 3 unità di aria condizionata controllabili individualmente (ampia camera da letto, soggiorno e cucina). Il pavimento in pietra, la struttura tradizionale dell'edificio e i soffitti in parte alti mantengono fresco l'appartamento. L'appartamento è molto pulito, ordinato e ben tenuto. SENZA calcificazione in bagno e in cucina, frigorifero e congelatore puliti. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Una lavatrice è disponibile anche in bagno. Ivano fornisce anche asciugamani da bagno e biancheria da letto fresca. Ivano si è preso cura dell'appartamento, è stato puntuale, semplice, disponibile e un padrone di casa meraviglioso. Grazie amico! Super posizione direttamente di fronte a " la villa" (Piazza Umberto I), dove troverete sempre un parcheggio pubblico direttamente davanti alla casa. Oltre alla terrazza (uscita dalla cucina) che si affaccia sul vicolo del centro storico (attrezzata con tavolo e sedie, stendibiancheria e rubinetto, ideale per i subacquei e gli appassionati di sport acquatici), una classica scalinata stretta conduce al tetto, da dove si ha una splendida vista su Casarano, Taurisano, Ugento e sul mare fino a Gallipoli e di notte fino al cielo stellato. DE: Sehr gepflegtes und schön renoviertes Altstadt-Haus mit typischem salentinisch-eigenwilligem Grundriss. Die Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss ist über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar, die Räume wiederum liegen jeweils 2 Treppentritte auf unterschiedlichem Niveau. :-) Die Wohnung ist mit 3 einzeln steuerbaren Klimaanlagen (grosses Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche) ausgerüstet. Der Steinboden, die traditionelle Baustruktur und die teils hohen Raumdecke halten die Wohnung aber auch so kühl. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. KEINE Verkalkungen in Bad und Küche, sauberer Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Im Badzimmer steht auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Auch Badetücher und frische Bettwäsche stellt Ivano zur Verfügung. Ivano hat sich sehr mit der Wohnung sehr Mühe gegeben, war pünktlich, unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Grazie amico! Super Lage direkt vor " la villa" (Piazza Umberto I), wo man auch stets einen öffentlichen Parkplatz findet direkt vor dem Haus. Nebst der Terrasse (Ausgang bei der Küche) zum Altstadtgässchen hinzu (ausgerüstet mit Tisch und Stühlen, Wäscheständer und Wasserhahn, was für Taucher und Wassersportler ideal) führt eine klassische schmale Treppe aufs Dach, von wo aus man einen wundervollen Blick über Casarano, bis Taurisano, Ugento und ans Meer nach Gallipoli und nachts auf den Sternenhimmel hat. The apartment on the 1st floor can be reached via a narrow staircase, the rooms in turn each have 2 staircases at different levels. :-) The apartment is equipped with 3 individually controllable air conditioning units (large bedroom, living room and kitchen). The stone floor, the traditional building structure and the partly high ceilings keep the apartment cool. The apartment is very clean, tidy and well maintained. NO calcification in the bathroom and kitchen, clean refrigerator and freezer. Fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom. Ivano also provides bath towels and fresh bed linen. Ivano took great care with the apartment, was punctual, uncomplicated, helpful and a wonderful host. Grazie amico! In addition to the terrace (exit from the kitchen) facing the alleyway of the old town (equipped with table and chairs, clothes horse and tap, ideal for divers and water sports enthusiasts), a classic narrow staircase leads up to the roof, from where you have a wonderful view over Casarano, Taurisano, Ugento and the sea to Gallipoli and at night to the starry sky.
