LOCATION The location of the property isn't too far from the center of the city but, with the traffic, it is best to have all your supplies with you before checking-in. The property was easy to locate, the hosts provided assistance, and checking-in was smooth. MANAGEMENT AND STAFF Prompt replies and accommodating hosts and staff, they tried their very best to address all our concerns. There is no intercom though, so you need to walk to the guard house if you have requests or questions but the staff were all polite. AMENITIES Most of the other units are occupied when we were checked-in but you will barely run into other guests since the property is spacious. Finding a parking spot is not a problem. Lounging under the trees, in the swing set, in the dining tables makes the stay even more enjoyable. The trees and the greenery makes you forget you are in a city. Unfortunately, the units and the amenities had visible wear and tear though they are still beautiful.

A very peaceful place to stay. My partner enjoyed Netflix. I enjoyed staying in Lipa, such a vibrant city. The place is very accessible to Laguna as well. What I liked the most is that I was able to cook our food and wash our clothes which definitely helped us saved some money :) Will definitely recommend this place :)

We only have a one day break and this place is worth it. The place is very relaxing, lots of trees, and sound of the birds in the morning. Will definitely come back. Thanks for accommodating us, David!
