L'appartement de Pablo est spacieux (nous étions 8) et bien situé mais cela ne suffit pas à justifier le prix payé: très mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Quelques déconvenues durant notre séjour de 4 nuits : - les évacuations des douches étaient bouchées, - traces de moisissure dans la salle de bain , - absence de volets ou stores occultants dans une des chambres, - une des chambres pas propre à notre arrivée: nous avons du passer le balai avant d'installer les lits, - les lits n'étaient pas faits dans une des chambres, - les WC et douches sont installés dans trois chambres mais pas dans les espaces communs, donc pas directement accessibles par les occupants de la quatrième chambre, - une chambre donne sur la rue piétonne très bruyante, - très mauvaise isolation phonique de l'appartement, bruits des pièces communes perceptibles dans les chambres et bruits intérieurs et extérieurs à l'immeuble (conversation des voisins...).

Apartment was centrally located in a great part of town and accessible to all of the touristy locations, restaurants, bars, etc. We stayed during the Copa Del Rey Final, so the city was filled with an abnormal amount of people and it was very loud from the front bedroom with people partying outside until 4-5 AM, which made it difficult to sleep because of the proximity to the street. We had issues with the sink in one of the guest bedrooms that was hanging off the wall, but the Host promptly sent a handyman to fix. It took a couple of attempts to fix it and it was a little frustrating to have people constantly in and out of the apartment, but they did their best to ensure it got taken care of. The apartment had plenty of space, big bedrooms, and a nice communal living room with couches, TV, and a view to the street. We enjoyed our time in Sevilla and with us traveling with a big family, small children, etc, the apartment was a perfect fit for us.
