My family and myself stayed at William's place for a trip to Santa's Village. The house is 15 minutes from Santa's Village, and short of staying in a one bedroom hotel/motel room a minute from the park, this is as close as you can find! We really enjoyed the space and William's responsiveness. Our family of 5 (3 kids under 7) need space for everyone and felt the number of rooms (3 bedrooms with a bonus 4th bedroom), location, and amenities in the house were exactly what we hoped for. Price was great for what you are getting and we would definitely stay here again if in the area. If you are a family planning a trip to Santa's Village or the general area, I would highly recommend William's listing!

William was an excellent host, who quickly responded to all of our questions. His house was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy and provided a great night's rest. We loved the charm of the 1850s Farm House! It had plenty of room to relax, lots of fun decorations and architecture to enjoy. Our kids enjoyed the toys, the Wii and exploring. The screened in porch was a great extra space to sit and relax!

Will's house is perfect. It feels like home. The layout is perfect and the decor is just right. We had everything we needed. Will is an excellent host and he's also very kind. He responded to my questions right away. The house is in a great location. You can walk to the town for groceries or coffee. It's really close to the Bretton Woods ski area, Mount Washington and Cannon Mountain. And it's only an hour from the outlet stores in No. Conway. If you need a place to stay and enjoy all of what this area has to offer, during any season, this is the house for you.

It was very spacious, comfortable, clean and very well stocked with necessities. Would return on future trips. Worked well for a family of four. Close to ski resorts.
