We had a lovely few days here. It’s a beautifully quiet setting. The cabins have been extremely well maintained and are presented simply, wonderfully clean and easy. A simple and effective layout for our family to stay. The kids enjoyed the pool as an added bonus. Joady was a great host- with a number of stops on our trip we appreciated how communicative she was an the clear instructions about the cabin and the area, Thankyou! Rainbow beach was an easy walk (or short drive) and we enjoyed a few days exploring the local area too- Port Macquarie was an easy drive too and the area boasts some lovely coastal walks and beautifully beaches.

Nice and quiet place. If you r lucky some kangaroos will visit you in the afternoon.

We had a very relaxing stay at The Francis Retreat. The cabin was in excellent conditions and very clean. Joady was very responsive and the place was exactly what we expected with everything we needed. Kids loved the swimming pool and the tennis court. We walked to the beach, and to nice cafes around. We will definitely be back again!

Nice place, quite spot, good for families and for a relaxing weekend. We'll definitively consider to come back during our racing weekends at Port Macquarie
