My friends and I stayed at this place for 4 months while studying at Georgia Tech. The house is fully furnished and very clean. Our host, Arifur, was very kind and reachable, and was very helpful with anything we needed. The neighbourhood is calm and friendly, and there is a bus-stop 1 minute away if you don’t have a car.

Great, cute home that was very comfortable for my fiancé and I as we were settling in to Atlanta. Arifur was extremely communicative and available. Our only issue was with ants in the kitchen - it might have just been the time of year, but it was quite an issue for a few days. Arifur was all over it, and stopped by and placed traps. It helped but wasn’t perfect.

The place was nice and modern. The host was proactive and responsive and gave great suggestions of things to do. We really appreciated how close the house was to everything we planned to do. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a grocery store and Starbucks just minutes away. Our family of four appreciated having two restrooms which made it easy when we were getting ready to go out or for winding down at the end of the day. The showers were very nice. The kitchen was clean and modern with a nice big table and coffee for the Keurig. We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting Atlanta.
