The host was friendly but lacked communication. Responses on AirBnb were slow. The location wasn't where the listing showed and the room was a hostel rather than private room-- the price per night was far too expensive considering that and from the pictures we thought we'd get a private room when we booked. Also, of you don't have a scooter, the location we were moved to is really inconvenient. It's up a hill where a bus comes less than the town where the other location is, and there are no convenience stores or restaurants. Host picked us up from the pier but despite promising us a return ride and us calling the night before to remind him, on the day he was supposed to bring us back he never showed up and didn't answer even though we tried to call several times. The Indonesian woman at the first location (where we thought we would stay) was helpful. We had gone into that down to eat but didn't know how to get back to the location we had been moved to, so she helped us call a taxi.
