It’s our second time staying at Brigitte’s apartment (see an earlier full review below) and it was a pleasure to return this time. She’s a terrific host and her apartment is a perfect base for a stay in HK. Would return and recommend.

We are frequent visitors to HK but this stay had to be one of the best we had in a while. The booking process: very easy as Brigitte responded to our questions quickly. The Airbnb: superb location in central HK very close to Sheung Wan station and the Soho area. Sheung Wan/Soho are well know for restaurants, bars, shops etc, which makes it a great area to stay. The apartment is on a mid-floor of a high rise tower with great views of the surrounding area (and a little bit of the Peak). The apartment is exactly as described: large (certainly for HK standards), very clean, quiet, comfortable and equipped even for a longer stay (we stayed for 2 weeks). The only thing to note is that just as in the "good old days" of Airbnb, when you rented the host’s apartment directly (not a holiday rental), this is the host’s apartment so storage space is not vast but we made it work. The host: Brigitte has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from the beginning. She reached out well before our stay to make sure everything was OK. She sent clear directions/instructions, organised her cleaner to greet us upon check-in, left a very nice selection of treats out for us to enjoy after arrival, she was also very flexible with check in/out times etc (I could go on and on). Don’t let the lack of reviews hold you back from booking, this is a great apartment with a great host. We’d highly recommend staying here.

Brigitte's place is AMAZING! The location cannot be beat. It is located right in central HK next to great food, malls, and nightlife. Her place is spacious, clean, and has everything you would need. Every step of our stay here was easy because it was well planned and organized by Brigitte. Thanks so much!

Brigitte’s place was exactly as described, and more. It was the perfect spot—at a great value too, considering it’s in a modern apartment complex and in Hong Kong Island no less. There was everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was surprisingly spacious, impressively clean (spotless!), and super organized. It’s at a great location, super convenient and accessible to restaurants, shops, sights, and transportation. Brigitte was very a responsive host, and we had such a pleasant stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to pick Brigitte’s place again the next time I return to Hong Kong. Thank you for having us! :)
