This was my first Airbnb experience and overall it was okay at best . The location couldn’t be faulted but as far as the accommodation is concerned it was below expectations. To be fair to the host the accommodation was clean and tidy but it was seriously lacking in amenities the host came across as friendly , respectful but I think she could have been more responsive to her guests needs . There were no spare beddings , the washing machine lacked clear instructions as a result I couldn’t use it . On the plus side some things I asked for were provided , A sink plug for the bathroom, a broom and pan , I went and bought a pot which I was reimbursed for . I think violet is a good person but I get the impression she may be overwhelmed by the volume of work involved in managing her properties. I would recommend her property to those who need to be at the heart of Pattaya but beware it’s not the quietest location. Karaoke bars play constant music till early hours .

Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial, jedoch würde ich allen die vorhaben 3 Monate oder länger zu bleiben davon abraten diese Wohnung zu buchen. Die benötigten Unterlagen die der Vermieter der Immigration zur Verfügung stellen muss wurden unzureichend ausgeführt was zu einem Problem bei der Immigration führte. Erst nachdem meine Thailändische Bekannte ordentlich Druck ausübte mit der Thailändischen Gesetzeslage für Wohnungsvermieter, wurden die Dokumente ausgehändigt die benötigt werden um das Touristenvisum zu verlängern. Ich hatte zuvor vermehrt ihr geschrieben dass ich die Dokumente brauche um das Visum zu verlängern was sie stets ablehnte! Deshalb würde ich nie wieder diese Wohnung buchen!!! Dann zur Sauberkeit, überall Staubablagerungen, Haare, Käfer die sich in der Wohnung tummeln (auch ohne offene Lebensmittel in der Wohnung). Die Matratze ist auf der einen Seite mit Blutverschmiert also richtig ekelhaft! Sorry für die schlechte Bewertung aber die Menschen verdienen die Wahrheit.

The place was over charge I rented to places at the same time her place was three hundred dollar more than the other place plus she charge for electric , and water, and the other condo did not charge for utilities and the same exact condo she charge almost 7000 in Thai Balt. I stay at Edge condo and had two condos the price was that high per month I believe they give fake reading there is no way one bed room condo be 2000 Thai money a month.

Great location central to all the fun, clean tidy room, awesome pool, friendly security staff all in all I loved it and will go back
