Alles war ok ,hatte aber etwas Probleme mit dem Fernseher(konnte ihn nicht bedienen).Dafür funktionierte das Wifi gut.Renān ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Me and my boyfriend were so happy staying here we felt completely at home and would love to return soon it was so perfect and I love cats and they let me meet their 2 georgeous cats to.The apartment has a massive balcony and they have everything u need even some olive oil vinegar sakt and pepper and shampoo and bath wash.we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely stay there again

Renan’s please was beautiful, and you have your own little terrace and spacious place with full privacy. The room is very big, as well as the terrace, and there are yoga mats, chairs, a dining room table, kitchen to cook, plenty of chilling areas. Very nice touches, and Renan was extremely communicative throughout my entire stay. One thing I will note is that this is on the 7th floor and at least for me, there was no elevator. So you have a bit of a hike to get up, but it’s worth the view and your own private terrace. You can take the bus (located just 5 minute walk from Renanas) easily to anywhere. You can also walk to the beach (about 30 minutes) or take the bus as well.

The apartemnt was very nice and cosy, I felt like I was in my house.Also Renan had everything available, like shampoo towels even for the beach, toothbrush if you have forgot your own. Also coffee, tea and some beverages in the fridge. He also made me feel welcomed and give me information about the area. I would totally recommend it :)

Lovely apartment with wonderful terras and a well equiped kitchen. Located between the old city and the beach we were able to fully experience Valencia.
