Very nice, newly build, spacious and cleaned apartment. should consider transportation as this is located near high way, no public transports near by. no shops or departments stores near by. in future once the new upcoming Lulu mall is ready, it will be very convenient for shopping and basic needs. The pool in the rooftop needs to be cleaned. The Gym at the building is not ready while we were staying. The building is clean and safe, lifts as available most of the time.
