凌晨到达，预订4个房间，实际两个房间无法入住，因为根本没有清洁过，毛巾被子一团糟。

位置离机场较近，离市区有点远，设施齐全，生活很方便，卫生间浴帘有点短，洗澡时很小心水还是会溅出去，被子有点厚了，可根据天气更换薄一点的，其他都很好。

The house was not suitable for 7 let alone 9. Only 4 glasses and 5 cups. Not enough plates or cutlery. Exposed wires and pipes. Dead flies in lampshades and window seals Staines sink in the bathroom. Exposed tank and a door behind the sofa. Seating was enough for 4. Only 3 chairs at the table and one was broken and dangerous. Some of the cupboards were falling apart and could have injured someone. We had to reprogram the TV ourselves. The shower went hot in the middle of using and nearly burnet a child dangerously who then had to rinse off in the sink when we phoned for help we got sent a YouTube video on how to turn the tap on!!!!! Finally we got sent someone who fixed the shower so we could use it but on one mode only…… signage was bad and old and still referred to the electric shower no longer in use or the wi-fi that had been disconnected. No instructions available. The whole experience was poor and badly managed. The Cleanliness was basic

This was by far the worst rental we stayed in. The bathroom was gross and not cleaned. The house in general was not cleaned as it was dusty with spots on the hard wood floor downstairs. Simply mopping the floor would have helped. The carpet did not look vacuumed upstairs. The only thing that seemed cleaned was the towels and the beds were made. There was a ton a stuff left in the refrigerator from previous guests and items left in the bathroom from previous guests. My family was extremely turned off by this rental. The only benefit was that this rental was 20 minutes from the airport, so it served that purpose alone. The host was responsive to any issues we had but it doesn’t take away from how unkept this home was. They operate like a business but the product was horrible. Sorry.

Great location, very close to Heathrow Airport. Lots of space and good amenities.
