Beautiful peaceful home, on top of a hill, MUST rent a 4x4 but besides that everything was as described with amazing sunrises and house stocked with everything needed. The host is amazing, and gives great tips, she’s available and responds almost immediately

We had a lovely visit to Coral Bay! The drive up the road was bumpy and steep, but our jeep had no problems. Kim’s home is beautiful and has THE BEST VIEW, especially of the sunrise. Kim filled us in on the best spots and food. She made sure we had everything we needed, and quickly responded with any questions we had. The bedroom is connected to the living space with outdoor stairs. We had no problem getting used to that as the view is SO GREAT, and there was abundant outside lighting for night time. Bed was comfy, with great AC if you don’t want to have the natural breeze rock you to sleep. Worth the drive over to Coral Bay.

We had a great visit. Kim did a great job walking us through everything and answering any questions during our stay. It had what we needed in kitchen, towels, etc. Beach chairs were very handy. Pool was clean. This was our first time renting a house on the Coral Bay end of St John vs staying on the other side of the island or St. Thomas. So had to get used to driving everywhere vs using taxi which not an option up in the hills. But that also made it quiet at night for relaxing after a long day at the beach! Highly recommend.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at sailors cottage. David and Kim were very responsive and just a text away. The view from the cottage is unbeatable.

Kim was an amazing host. Met us when we arrived to show us the way to the place and gave us local recommendations. Ride to the house was a little intimidating the first time up (it was also dark out) but wasn't bad after. Location was perfect, far enough away for some privacy but just a quick ride down to grocery and restaurants. House is private and exactly what we needed for our vacation. Kim text before, during and after our stay to make sure everything was going well. Kitchen was fully stocked and Kim had everything (chairs, coolers, ice packs, bags, towels, sunscreen, etc.) needed for a day at the beach. When we reached out to Kim with questions she replied immediately. We will definitely be coming back to the island soon and will be reaching out to Kim to check availability of Sailors cottage.
