Was a last minute airbnb for an anime convention I was attending nearby. Location seems kinda spooky and room gave me kind of creepy vibes but honestly if you looked past it, wasn't a bad room to stay in. Had a fan that worked well, a mini fridge and some towels and shampoo/conditioner. Sink and toilet were a little wobbly but still worked as it should. Would recommend this airbnb as an inexpensive alternative.

Quiet residential area, available street parking. Description of the place is accurate, room with a shower, toilet, and private entry. Excellent value.

Check in was a little rocky with all the various doors with the same type of door smart lock, but that could’ve been just our tired brains after a long road trip. Logan did respond a bit later and guided us through it. All in all, this place was what we needed for about 12 hours after we had driven all day and left early the next day. However, I don’t think I’d choose to stay here longer than that. We saw two bugs and a spider on the floor, but worse were the dozen mosquitos that were inside the place causing multiple bites on each of us. AC is very important to me personally, and I look for good AC in places I stay. I messaged Logan a few hours prior to us checking in to make sure it was on for when we got there, to which he told me that yes, it is on. When we arrived, it was not on. I asked him to turn it on which he graciously did, but it turned off after about 30 minutes (maybe was on a timer?). It was bearable but did not feel air conditioned at all as it was not running 95% of the time we were there.

The house is located in a nice modest neighborhood and it's clean, quiet and comfortable. The host is professional, attentive and communicative.
