This host has a really quick response time and excellent communication skills. Super prompt and resolution focused. The room is really spacious for a studio and an AC that keeps the room cool. The bathroom and kitchen were clean for the most part, I would double check and wash any dishes you plan to use before putting food on it. The kitchenette was perfect for reheating meals. The room itself is in the center of Waikiki so food and the beach are a short walk away. The views from either balcony were spectacular and great for relaxing with a glass of wine. The room can become noisy (cars honking horns and people yelling) so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to that kind of thing. Overall, the space is clean and big and worth it if you don’t mind city sounds at night.

Pros, area is really convenient in the middle of everything. You can walk pretty much everywhere. You get a parking space included which is huge. They are hard to come by and expensive. Lastly, the price point is competitive for where it is. Cons, super noisy because your in the middle of everything. So getting rest at night is difficult. The place is small. I do BnB mostly because it's more comfortable than a small hotel room. Especially when you are traveling with wife and kid. This space is pretty much like a hotel room with a small kitchennette. I still rated it 4 stars mostly because I knew the square footage going in so i can't really ding them for that. The laundry room is a shared space so you just can't drop clothes in in the comfort of your own place. Overall the space is fine for what it is. I have stayed at better ones and also worst ones. So I'll take medium in this area.
