In the wing of an old Provencal stone farmhouse located in an exceptional setting within a wooded property, we offer a renovated and independent guest house 5 minutes walk from the sea. The 2-room accommodation, 41 m2, welcomes 4 people and has a private garden terrace. Very sought-after location, in peaceful place, a change of scenery is guaranteed! 7 minutes from Saint-Raphaël, possibility of many walks nearby in the Esterel. The accommodation is at the end of a dirt road in the heart of a natural park, on the edge of the Vallon d'Aiguebonne, not always easy to find but then you will feel isolated from the summer crowds. The guest house adjoining our property, is composed of: In the main part: - A private entrance and a glass door access to the terrace and the garden - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a large closet - A bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and washing machine - A corridor with cupboard (wardrobe, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, ironing board and iron, clothes line) - 1 living room with a sitting area (1 double sofa bed, TNT TV, WIFI) - a counter dining area with high chairs) - a modern, new and fully equipped kitchen. - 1 terrace equipped with a dining table for 6, a parasol, a gas barbecue and 2 deckchairs for sunbathing or taking a nap. A second independant room with outside acces is available upon request (Please reserve on site our other ad for 6 people.) Household linen is provided, not beach linen. On request, we provide baby equipment: High chairs, cot. Do not hesitate if you are missing something to ask us. We are new to the adventure and hope to improve.

sehr nette Gastgeberin, Lage des Mas wunderbar - in herrlicher Natur. Ruhig, in 5 Minuten am Meer. mit einem ganz liebenswürdigen Hofhund, der immer mal vorbeigeschaut hat. seeeehr lieber Hund 🐕. werden sicher wieder einmal dort buchen. Nur die Matratze war nicht gut und die vielen Schnaken, aber dafür könnte Catherine natürlich nichts. im Sommer sicher nachts sehr warm, da keine Klimaanlage. im September war es OK.
Mit Hund absolut empfehlenswert. Ruhige Unterkunft, schöne Lage Catherine und Stephanie sind sehr freundliche und tolle Hausherrinnen.
Nous y avons séjourné début septembre 2023, le Mas est un lieu paisible et trés calme, nous avons pris nos marques très vite, rien ne manque, la literie est confortable, les hôtes sont réactives discrètes et sympathiques, sans oublier la gentille Nova une jolie et adorable femelle labrador qui nous rendait une petite visite quotidienne. Une grande piscine était à notre disposition. Il y a 2 petites plages très agréables à seulement quelques minutes à pied (entre 5 et 10 mn selon les personnes). De plus grandes plages à seulement quelques minutes en voitures, moins de 5 km. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location idéale pour se ressourcer.
Nous avons passe un excellent séjour chez Catherine et sa famille! L accueil était tres chaleureux. Le mas est superbe, le logement tres fonctionnel et bien equipe. Il ne manque rien! Le jardin est superbe et au calme Enfin l emplacement est ideal, 5 min a pied des plages ( familiales et pas bondées) 10 min en voiture des belles criques Nous recommandons fortement
Notre séjour a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Endroit magnifique, hôtesses très sympathiques. On a passé de très bonnes vacances.

Our Old Mas at the end of a dead end road is surrounded by nature in an exceptional quiet location, hidden in the Esterel mountains and contrasts with the busy summer traffic in the region while being close to the sea! 2 beautiful coves are 5 minutes walk away (sandy beaches) and will allow you good swimming and snorkling. You will find a family atmosphere in these 2 beaches! Also, many coves and other beaches nearby. You can take advantage of the coastal path along the rocks for very beautiful walks. Nearby, you will find all the amenities (bakeries, bars & restaurants, sports activities, shops and regional markets) 5 minutes by car: Le Dramont, Agay, Boulouris and 10 minutes from Saint Raphaël / Fréjus.

The car is recommended for getting around (except walking distance beaches) and for groceries. A bus station that connects Saint Raphaël to Cannes is located about 10 minutes walk. The closest train stations are Boulouris (5 mn) - Le Dramont (3 mn) - Saint Raphaël Valescure TGV (10 mn). Nice airport is a 55mn car drive. Nice airport is a 55mn car drive.
