Great place to stay. The beach is right on your doorstep and we loved having the kayaks and snorkelling gear available. The outdoor shower was another great feature of this house. Easy walking distance to the small local food store for supplies and not far to the bus stop. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and large spacious living areas. Perfect for our family holiday.

Incredible place right on the beach that surpassed our expectations. Comfortable house with big open doors and a deck to hang out on. Beach right in front of the deck for playing, snorkeling, and even kitesurfing if that's your thing. We weren't sure how much there would be to do, but we kept "busy" with plenty of places to go nearby - we did have a car though, and technically everything is nearby. Mark was very helpful throughout the stay.

Anchor Sands (Mataora) is a great place to stay. Really well set out for a group with four spacious bedrooms all ocean facing. We were there for Christmas and the kitchen was really well stocked with platters, bowls, wine glasses etc and even had an electric hand mixer. The cupboards also had essentials like oil, tea, coffee, vinegar and other food items. The location is great, within walking distance of Muri, and Charlie’s cafe, and a great beach right off the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

This spacious Airbnb, just 10 yards from the beach, is a dream retreat. The fully equipped home, from the kitchen to the recreational gear (including two kayaks), made our stay extraordinary. Positioned near a premium scuba spot, it's a haven for diving enthusiasts. The clean empty beaches were great for long walks. Mark's responsiveness was outstanding. When a lizard surprised us, Mark swiftly arranged capture and provided invaluable activity recommendations. Regular cleaning was a nice touch. In summary, this beachside property haven exceeded expectations. With its stellar location, amenities, and attentive host, we'd gladly return. Highly recommended!

Right on the lagoon with beach access, Mark’s place is fantastic. Great space for groups, comfortable beds, lots of open space, a very well equipped kitchen and friendly cleaners. Beware leaving your clothes out on the line or outside unattended… a local dog may come and grab them! Thanks Mark for a great stay!
