We have stayed in plenty of Airbnbs, including in the Laurieton area, and this is was an absolute standout. Not only was the house gorgeous, the thought put into everything that was waiting for us in the kitchen and for our pet groodle was above and beyond. The amenities in the house are amazing, plenty of towels, fantastic quality linen. There was nothing more that we could have asked for. The information provided by Melissa in advance of us arriving was super clear and easy to follow and Melissa was incredibly responsive. Just outstanding!

What a great place to stay. So many things to love about this space! Unlike other places we have stayed we enjoyed an early check in and a late check out giving us more time to enjoy the space. Of all the things we loved about this property, being able to bring our dog Poncho with us, was a major factor. The space was not just welcoming for us, but I don’t think Poncho had ever felt so welcomed. He enjoyed treats on arrival that had been left by the hosts and he was able to fully let go of his troubles and relax on the super comfy dog beds that were provided for him. We also enjoyed freshly baked bread and coffee on arrival. Who doesn’t love to finally reach their destination and sit down and take it all in with a fresh cup of brewed coffee. I loved the linen sheets in gorgeous colours. So lovely to sleep in. And top notch appliances. You know there has been no skimping on what is offered for guests. Loved being able to have a contactless check in. There isn’t anything I wish this property could improve on. It’s well thought out!

Wait till you see COBE in real life! We were blown away! The ambiance Melissa has created makes this a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Melissa made this experience so welcoming for all guests; human and four footed alike. There was home made sourdough ready on arrival as well as dog treats and everything was thought of. All dog/pet related extras ready to go (bowls, bags, beds, shampoo - the lot). For the people, plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, entertainment and space. COBE is a surprisingly spacious home and yard. Very easy to stay here, wished we stayed for longer! Perfectly appointed, with the best appliances from coffee machine to washing machine - no expense has been spared across the board. Melissa was an actually super host (some “super” hosts aren’t that super but Melissa sure was). An excellent, clear communicator that made our check in easy. This combination results in a truely relaxing experience at COBE. Thank you Melissa. We can’t wait to get back! (PS. This is not a fake review - it was actually that good).

Beautiful house & position close to river & beach. Immaculate furnishings & super clean. Melissa was very helpful & friendly host. Highly recommended, especially for dog lovers - huge backyard & dog-friendly interiors. We will be back again for sure
