Worst host and Airbnb I've ever stayed in, ruined my time in Madrid. Host is a company called Madflats, never met a person called Daniel. There was constant construction the entire time we were there, we complained to the host and they kept saying there was no construction, we had to go through Airbnb as the host kept either lying or not responding to our messages, Airbnb accepted our evidence that we provided. The host sent someone out twice during lunchtime to see if work was ongoing and claimed that meant the work wasn't ongoing; we asked them to come to the flat to see the videos we had taken of construction which they never did as then they couldn’t keep accusing us of lying Was forced to leave the apartment early as water damage made the apartment unsafe to live in, was given under a weeks notice to find another Airbnb for a month which cost double what I was paying. The host was very unhelpful about this too If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t believe a word Madflats say

The apartment is cozy, spacious and has lots of natural light. The neighborhood is vibrant, but the apartment is quiet most of the day. Despite staying during summer hot months, the apartment has AC and good ventilation. I would stay again!

Ubicación genial y el apartamento muy bonito, como en las fotos. No he puesto 5 estrellas porque tuvimos que esperar en el portal del apartamento 30 minutos y era un día bastante caluroso. Entiendo que pueden haber fallos en su gestión interna y no es lo que valoro negativamente. Con que me hubiesen avisado, me hubiese conformado. Pero solo nos dijeron que la compañera estaba cerca. Si lo llegamos a saber, pues nos hubiésemos tomado algo mientras. Pero no nos gustó que no nos avisaran de que llegarían tan tarde. Por lo demás, todo genial. Recomiendo el apartamento, pues entiendo que lo que pasó fue algo puntual.
