I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Laila's place. It was very cosy, and quiet. Laila was very approachable and was happy to help if I needed. I loved looking out of window in the mornings, at the view of mountains and river. The fireplace was also a lovely touch, bringing extra warmth in the evenings. Sondrio is a cute, pretty town. Easy to get around by foot, and has some great walking trails. Thank you Laila!

La famiglia che mi ha accolto è stata molto ospitale e disponibile. Mi sono venuti incontro sull’orario di check-in e su altre richieste. La casa è pulita e accogliente, ha un ampio parcheggio proprio sotto casa e la zona è comoda per poter esplorare i dintorni.

Generally good place but could be more consumer service. I stayed 3 days with no hot water. Prompted repetitively and took me for a silly person then saying, not in person but all conversation over the phone, I didn't put the shower tap on hot water. I checked continuously for three days. Could be better on the side of owner and costumer support and service especially face to face. They seems always really busy to accommodate needs and the water is a serious matter. Nice clean and cosy place.
