There are a few things that need attention a builder type bucket for waste under the sink isn’t good enough, It needs a proper waste bin with a lid also ones in bedrooms. There isn’t a shelf or flat surface in the house bathroom to store toiletries, there isn’t a folder with instructions for TV washing machine machine etc we never worked out how to get into the underground car park but I admit as parking was plentiful on the street we didn’t try very hard. A few improvements would be non squeak bed frames, loungers for the balcony and a safe.

Wonderful apartment that is worth its money. Beautiful scenery. On Tuesday and Saturday, the market is on the street where the apartment is located, very convenient. The yard has a tennis court, gym, tennis table, swimming pools. To the sea 3 minutes on foot. From the balcony overlooking the beach and the forest. Very beautiful scenery.

This apartment turned out to be below our expectations, despite us closely examining the listing details and the photos. The biggest problem was the air conditioning, or rather the lack of it in the bedrooms. There is only one wall A/C unit in the living room, but not in the bedrooms. No matter how high you turn the living room A/C, the bedrooms remain very hot, which makes them very uncomfortable to sleep in at night. We ended up having to purchase a couple of fans to make it somewhat bearable. Second, the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. It needs a new mattress. The pillow was pretty bad too. Yes, there's *one* single long pillow that is meant to be shared by two sleepers. The above two things were really the main hassles. Overall, the apartment is just very bare bones, and most things in it are the cheapest grade. You can tell the company tried to save every cent. Kitchen utensils are in poor condition (like dull knives, worn out cutting boards and spatulas). There was ONE roll of toilet paper and one soap container (although there are two bathrooms). No dish soap, no paper towel. Worn out bed sheets and bath towels. The good things about this apartment are proximity to the beach and underground garage space that comes with the rental (street parking can be tough). I understand that this listing is relatively inexpensive, but there are better listings in the area in the same price range. I would recommend looking at listings offered by owner and not a company.
