LOVED THE SEA BEACH FLAT😊🥰🇸🇾 Here's Why..! 1. Great host, always on hand if you need, very thoughtful to his guests. Had a few essential ready for the day we arrived. He was around for check in to give us handy tips for the local area. 2. The pool and gardens were easily accessible and cleaned daily by the site management and helpful staff. 3. All the utilities were in good condition and all in working order the water cooler and hot tap was invaluable during our stay, AC's in all the rooms. The kitchenette was fully stocked will all pots and pans for daily needs. 4. Extra linen, iron and hair dryer available and the beds were comfortable to sleep on, one super King and two double in second bedroom lots of cuboard storage. 5. Location for perfect, with beach access and It was on the main road with easy access to local shops wether walking or if you required transport to venture out. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gamal. L'appartement est bien situé dans une villa calme possédant une piscine en contrebas et un jardin régulièrement entretenus. Au niveau des services, il y a un distributeur de monnaie ainsi que des petits magasins en face et à côté de l'hotel (dont une petite pharmacie). Pour faire les courses, le gros supermarché (METRO) est à 20 minutes à pieds avec des prix fixes et raisonnables. Sea beach aqua park est situé assez loin de la vieille ville (old market, mosquée...) mais des petits bus (bleus) passent régulièrement tout en étant moins chers que les taxis. Une compagnie de gros bus a également été mis en place. La gestion de la villa est complètement indépendante de l'hotel, tout comme l'accès à la mer (chemin derrière l'immeuble). Il y a d'ailleurs deux entrées "surveillées", la 1ère en venant du Sud est directe pour accéder à la villa. Nous concernant, en ne prenant pas l'option "all inclusive" de l'hotel (20€/jour et par personne), l'accés à la plage (transat/parasol) et la plongée à l'extrémité de la passerelle nous ont été interdits. Nous avons eu peu d'échanges avec la réception de l'hôtel et ne gardons pas un bon souvenir avec eux. Toutefois, il est possible d'apprécier l'endroit sans avoir recours aux services très chers de l'hotel. Nous terminerons en précisant que la connexion à la WIFI a été aléatoire au cours de notre séjour et que le ménage doit être entrepris par chaque locataire (le degré de propreté de l'appartement dépend donc des précédents visiteurs....) En dehors de ces deux petits désagréments, nous conseillons cette location pour laquelle nous gardons un très bon souvenir et dans laquelle nous aurons plaisir à revenir. Et nous remercions Gamal pour tous ces conseils, informations et son aide quasi instantanée qui ont été très précieux pour apprécier notre voyage. Encore MERCI!

We would like to thank Gamal for his services during our stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We were picked up from the airport and arrived safely to the Air BnB. Gamal kindly showed us around the whole complex for us to get a feel of the place. Gamal introduced us to hotel team members who always welcomed us with a smile on their faces. The Air BnB is located within a private hotel complex and only a 3-5 minute walk from the main hotel reception. The beach is literally a lovely 5 minute walk from the property and again, well protected by security all around the complex. We enjoyed our stay here as the place was super clean and peaceful. The pool downstairs is large and also cleaned daily. We were recommended and gladly used the hotel's all inclusive facilities which included all meals and use of the aqua park (on site). Thank you again for your time and knowledge. We will most definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Very convenient location near the hotel, where you can order "all inclusive", there is a «Metro» supermarket nearby , 15 minutes to walk , also an apartment right by the pool. Soho is 15 minutes away by bus. The center of Sharm El Sheikh is 20-30 minutes away. A good impression! :)
