Die Wohnung ist nett, hell und sehr gut gelegen. Das Problem ist die Gastgeberin (40 Jahre). Dass man sich eine Wohnung teilt, das eigene Zimmer das Durchgangszimmer ist, etc. auf all das war ich eingestellt. Aber Joëlle hat manische Phasen, in denen sie kaum ansprechbar ist, sie macht ohne Vorwarnung alle Sicherungen raus, sodass Kühlschrank, Wifi und die Lichter aus sind, sie hat mich ohne Kontext angeschrien und mich mit meinen Sachen beworfen. Ich glaube, sie hat multiple Persönlichkeiten. Mal ist es wie mit einem Kind zu reden, mal mit einer älteren Frau und als sie mich faktisch rausgeworfen hat, war es als würde sie mich gar nicht wahrnehmen und auch ich hatte das Gefühl, dass eine Person vor mir stand, die ich noch nicht kennengelernt hatte. Die ersten 2 Wochen bei ihr waren zwar etwas komisch, aber nett und dann ist sie völlig durchgedreht. Ich glaube ihre anderen Persönlichkeiten sind sehr nett, aber es gibt auch gefährliche und wie sie auftauchen ist unberechenbar

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had on Airbnb with the most helpful and kindhearted host. I felt looked after and the place is so much better than the pictures. Everything is clean and if you need anything the host is more than happy to take care of it. She has taken the time to give me suggestions on where to go and was extremely careful and considerate. Never disturbed me and it felt like I had my own safe haven in the heart of Paris, despite sharing the apartment with her. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to explore Paris on a budget and become friends with a local along the way. Thank you for hosting me, I’m eternally grateful for this experience.

TERRIBLE STAY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURES. The apartment is TINY, DIRTY and SCARY. First, upon arrival, Joelle had left her garbage at the front door. When entering, the living room is small and is in fact her bedroom (therefore no living room), there is no couch, in fact it is her bed. There is no table. This room also includes a mini kitchen filled with dirty dishes and barely anything to cook. Secondly, to go to the guest bedroom, you need to pass by her room each time, there is NO PRIVACY! Room isn't organized well. You wouldn't want to stay there. Thirdly, the bathroom is small and not very clean. THE WORSE PART: in order for her to go to the shared bathroom, she needs to go through the guest's bedroom. AGAIN NO PRIVACY. Joelle seemed untrustworthy and scared me..I told her I wouldn't stay there as I didn't feel safe. She refused to pay me back until airbnb intervened and then she agreed to pay back 50% representing 40% of what I paid. Be careful!

Deux semaines passées chez Joëlle qui a été aux petits soins, disponible et reactive. La chambre est très confortable avec un très bon lit et sommier. L’appartement est très silencieux. À noter un pb de réfrigérateur qui semble s’arrêter à certains moments. Merci pour l’accueil.
