Hayds and the caretakers are very responsive to the needs of my family. The place is accurately described by Hayds. Clean, clutter-free and basic amenities were provided as advertised. My family just had a slight issue with the malfunctioning door lock in one of the rooms and hopefully this will be addressed in the future. It would be great if a screen door was installed in the main door to keep flies and insects from getting inside the house so the main door can be fully opened to allow proper ventilation in the living room. Overall experience is great and worth it. Highly recommended !!!

The place is really close to the resorts and booking at Halydan's place is worth it and a cheaper option if you want to just go to the beach and relax. The host is very responsive and gave guide and tips around the area which reflects how they take care of their clients. This will probably our go to place if we want to go to Laiya. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend the place to others. P.S. Plus points for the bidet and water dispenser.

The place exceeded our expectations! My friends and I absolutely adored it—it had everything we could possibly ask for. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, assisting us throughout our entire stay. We're already planning our next visit and highly recommend staying with them. :-) Maraming salamat!

Hayd's place is the best place to get if ever you go to Batangas. The owner is very accommodating. We arrived late on the date of our booking (5pm) and she extended our stay until 5pm the next day free-of-charge because there were no guests the next day. It was very clean. The whole place was complete in kitchen utensils and had very chill vibes. Internet was fast also, we were able to play ML during the night. It was also a corner lot so you could chill in the garage part. Since it's inside a subdivision, you are comfortable that it is a safe place since the community was gated and there were guards. It was also near the beach and all the restaurants. I personally left some of my items there and they were still responsive even though the booking was already concluded. I would recommend this place to everyone who just wants a comfortable place to chill and have fun. Looking forward to our next stay!
