First I want to say the place/backyard was absolutely GORGEOUS. Honestly if my visit would have been summer I would have had a better trip. But unfortunately, when we got there the couch was broken, when you sit on it you slid to the middle (I made it aware to Valerie not upset and understanding they may not have known- which they didn’t). Then the tv and WiFi network did not work the entire time which I informed them and there was no solution. The temperature was cold and we did not opt to pay $600 to warm up the pool - especially considering other reviews said it didn’t work. But then the hot tub did not work either for the ENTIRE stay- they say they contacted their “pool people” but no one came and it looked like neither the pool or hot tub had even been taken care of at all. I think who ever really “keeps up” the place needs to do weekly checks to make sure the amenities work properly since people pick places for the amenities. We did however receive a little refund.

The place was clean, it looked exactly like the pictures. They’re very communicative and quick to respond to your questions. Great location, it’s private and out in the countryside. My guests and I really enjoy the amenities this place had to offer. I definitely recommend this place. The only issue was that I had requested to use the heated pool 3 days ahead of my arrival day, they turned it on the day before my arrival day and informed me that the heater was malfunctioning. Be aware if you’re planning to use the heater for the pool, there’s a possibility it won’t be available. Make sure it’s in working conditions before booking. But I did successfully receive my refund back though. (There’s an extra fee to use the heated pool)
