So they had a strong sulfur smell coming from the water. The water pressure went up and down. They also had a sewage leak under the steps going inside. The house isn’t in a condition to rent currently. Should make all the repairs to the water situation before renting again.

Grill didnt heat above 200°. Ruined our dinner plans. Ceiling fan in Master Bdr ran continuously, no off switch and Vacasa ineffective at resolving. They simply sent text messages deflecting the blame for the problem rather than just fixing it promptly. Nice place if you have dogs and a 4WD truck. Just dont plan on grilling steaks.

Wonderful stay on Cole’s Island. Plenty of room for four adult professionals in a beautiful, serene setting.
