Spacious and sunny - a perfect place to enjoy summer in Copenhagen. City centre is easily reached in 20 minutes by bus - or rent a bicycle just around the corner, and explore Copenhagen the Copenhagen way. Please note that we have the cutest rabbit, that we kindly ask you to feed once a day while staying with us. Its very sweet and kids friendly:) Well suited for couples or families. As an extra bonus we have an indoor gym with weights and rowing machine etc. You get two fully equipped stores with a large kitchen, two bathrooms, bedroom with king size bed, livingroom with sofa bed for two adults, and two children's rooms with a total of three beds. Also enjoy our fantastic bright conservatory, from which you can enjoy the garden all day long. Cute closed off garden with apple trees and barbeque etc. The garden has direct sunlight all day long. FAMILY FRIENDLY Perfect for families, but also well suited for couples or singles. You can experience Copenhagen in the daytime and return to a quiet, picturesque local neighborhood in the nighttime. We have two kids ourselves, so if you travel with kids, you'll find toys both inside and outside.. IN THE CITY - AND CLOSE TO NATURE You reach the center of Copenhagen in 20 minutes either by bus or by bicycle (rent them in the bike store around the corner). Free parking in our own parking lot. Buses leave every 5 minutes. Big natural area just at the end of the road, which offers walking paths for several hours of green walking. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. FACILITIES Free wifi and laundry facilities in the house. Kitchen has dish washer, refrigiator, freezer, microwave oven, stove, oven etc. + all your basic equipment. Barbell, dumbells and rowing machine to do 'home-fitness' in our indoor garage. High quality gym with the best equipment. WHO ARE WE? A friendly and openminded young couple with two kids and a cute rabbit. We are both communication professionals and enjoy travelling and taking small trips. We very much hope you will feed your rabbit "Karamelstribe", while living in our house.

Et virkelig skjønt sted! Perfekt for en ferie i hovedstaden, for oss som hadde sykler hvertfall. Fantastisk hage, deilig og stille hus, meget sentralt med tilgang til mad og parker. Perfekt for familier med små barn. Og værten var også virkelig god. Full stjerner fra oss.
Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem großen Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt.
Great place for a family, has everything you need very homely. Easy to get to Copenhagen on bus. Great backyard.
Lene's home is very lovely with many danish design details! Our kids loved the playhouse in the garden, the trampoline and many toys present in the house. We felt at home and yet very much on holiday! A 15min bikeride away from all the wonderfull places, squares and waterfront in the magnificent city of Copenhagen. We brought the trailer for the kids and visited the whole city with bikes (rented around the corner). The perfect holiday!

The house is in the neighborhood 'Brønshøj', close to 'Nørrebro'. The only place in the city that offers you a house with a garden, while still living in the city. Very close to big natural area with lakes and walking paths.
The best ice-cream shop in Copenhagen 'Manolo', grocery shopping, pharmacy, cafés and famous bakery 'Kirstens Konditori' just around the corner (100-200 meters).
Quiet, safe and friendly local environment with all the local shops you need. Also visit 'Cafe Staalvand', and try their 'murder burger' or cakes. Perfect for families. Pick up your coffee at 'Cafe Bröns' across the street.
Our favorite 'take out'-places are currently Mama India (Indian cuisine), Green Mango (thai), Vores sushi (sushi and noodles), Phoenix Pizza (better than average pizza). All reached within 300 metres.
Transport to the city is very easy. Three of Copenhagen's busiest bus lines are a 3 minute walk away. Buses take you to the city center, Nørrebro and Frederiksberg every 2-5 minutes.
Bus ride to the city center is 25 minutes.
The house has its own free of charge parking lot on the premise.

We are a couple (Morten, 43, and Lene, 40) with two kids (Kalle, 10, and Mille, 8). We love travelling and taking small trips. Favourit destinations are the US and European capitals. We are active travelers and usually experience a lot in just a week or a few days. WHO ARE WE, WHEN NOT TRAVELING? We are both communication professionals - Lene works in a private social organisation for children with special needs, and Morten with marketing in Novozymes.
