Ute's house is a neat, well-furnished and self-sufficient place with all amenities as shown in the pictures. We were five friends attending the Hannover Messe and Ute's place was perfect for us. Ute and her husband were very warm and helpful hosts. The house is well located on a quiet street, very close to the bus stop with easy access to the S Bahn station. The place has 3 levels with a spacious living dining room, comfortable bedrooms and washrooms at each level. There are a couple of nice restaurants as well as a grocery store very near the house which made things very convenient. Ute was very responsive for any help we needed. Cannot think of any negatives.. we had a lovely and pleasant stay at the house! Would certainly be back..

Sehr netter Kontakt, die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Meine Kollegen haben sich ab der ersten Minute in dieser großzügigen Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sehr gern wieder!!!

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Ute e seu marido. Nosso deslocamento até a acomodação acabou se estendendo e acabamos chegando tarde, porém conseguiram deixar a chave disponível e conseguimos entrar sem problemas. A casa estava impecável e tinha tudo que precisávamos. Tivemos uma excelente estadia. Certamente nos hospedaremos novamente com a Ute se retornarmos à Hannover. Recomendo!
