what a great little town to stay in!

Mis amistades y yo tuvimos una excelente estadía en esta casa: se encuentra en una ubicación ideal, justo en el centro de Bajos del Toro y facilita encontrar una variedad de opciones de restaurantes/sodas, pulperías, también cataratas (que para llegar son viajes cortos en carro). Es un muy buen AirBnB para ir con varias personas ya que cuenta con 3 cuartos muy cómodos, al igual que las camas. Disfrutamos mucho los espacios para estar al aire libre: el rancho, el deck en la parte de atrás y aprovechamos para ir a la pequeña poza del río que se encuentra como a 2 minutos caminando desde la casa. Adrián es un host muy atento y siempre nos ayudó de manera rápida con cualquier pregunta; además, varias personas de mi grupo aprovechamos los masajes que ofrece con precios muy buenos. Completamente recomendada :)

Villa Flogazel is a charming mountain cabin that has been in the family of the owner for generations. It has a such a peaceful ambiance and is surrounded by a pristine natural landscape. There are mountain vistas, lush foliage, fruit trees, gardens, feeders for hummingbirds (my favorite part), horses to pet and feed, a cool refreshing river for swimming and a bird observation deck. This house is in the heart of Bajos Del toro, which is full of hiking trails, waterfalls and trout ponds. The entrance for Volcan Viejo is walkable from the house to enter the Juan Castro Blanco park. There is a fully stocked grocery store only steps away and many local Sodas. Mia’s restaurant was a big hit for our kids. Our favorite part was meeting Adrian (property manager) and his family. He took us on a hiking/bird tour and even showed us how to cook Olla de Carne on an open fire. He shared many local recommendations and is also a taxi driver. I can’t imagine finding a place that ticks more boxes.

This is a charming house with great outdoor space. It worked well for a small canyoning group. Adrian is a wonderful host, we've stayed at his other place in the past, and we really enjoy talking to him, and he's very helpful. The kitchen is a bit old and requires some patience to get to know how it works, but it all functions well, and everything you need is there. We don't spend a lot of time in the house because we're there for canyoning, and the house is perfect for that. The bedrooms are adequate, the bathroom has plentiful hot water (it's pre-mixed, so if you can't get it to work, just ask Adrian and he can help!). Lots of great parking and outdoor space for drying gear. Bonus was that it has two working washing machines and a dryer, which we really appreciated using! Thanks, Adrian for another great stay!

Todo fue fantastico. La casa es amplia y comoda. Tiene lavadora y secadora, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario. La parte exterior es muy bonita, tiene dos zonas cubiertas para hacer barbacoa. Adrian estuvo muy atento y nos hizo la estancia muy comoda. muchas gracias
