Overall this place is a decent stay in a great location. It wasn't super fancy and the furniture is definitely well used, but the beds were comfy and kitchen had all the items we needed. While it was not sparkling clean, it was again decent.

The location and cleanliness of the Villa was perfect for our week long stay in HHI. The location in Sea Pines was very central and it was a short drive or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, and Harbor Town. There are also a couple grocery stores and many restaurants right before entering Sea Pines which made everything very easy. With the beach property advantage card there are a large number of restaurants where you can save on the food bill! 4 beach towels in addition to the bath towels were provided, which made our trips to the beach very enjoyable. The location is tennis villa, but unfortunately the stay did not include access to use the tennis court right outside of the villa. The master bed was a bit uncomfortable and could use an upgrade, but overall I would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a great value for Sea Pines. Do your homework on the beach trolley situation. We ended up calling the manager regarding the stop outside this unit. Drivers did not want to stop for us. Apparently it had been added at the last second and the drivers were not notified. The pool area is great. The unit is a nice set up. The kitchen is sparsely stocked, so if you plan on cooking you may want to bring a few things (reusable containers, etc.) They patio furniture was pretty shabby, but everything else was in decent shape. The location is wonderful if you want to bike or walk easily to shops and dining.
