Beautiful, comfortable and quiet home. When weather permitted we sat in the backyard enjoying the view and sounds of being on the river. But when inside the home you can fully enjoy the view also, with all the large windows very relaxing and peaceful. The had a large dinning table that we all fit around sharing meals and playing games. In the evening we enjoyed the living room with the fireplace on. The host was always available to answer questions and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend !

We had a girls weekend away here and it was such a perfect spot for us all. Waking up to the river with all the gorgeous windows and views with our coffee was great. The bonfire spot and s’mores they provided was a nice treat for us all. The kitchen had everything you needed and it was great to meal prep for a big group! The hot tub was clean and we loved it could fit most of our crew in it.

This was my group's second time staying at the St. Joe Overlook, and it exceeded expectations yet again. It's a lovely setup for large groups (especially if you like King size beds - so many of them!), and will have most everything you'll ever need for the trip, with stores about 5 minutes away. The four seasons hot tub was a great hit, and Evan and Claire are great hosts who are incredibly responsive and give great recommendations about what to do around the area. I'd recommend a stay at the St. Joe Overlook any time of year!
