TV didn't work, A/C didn't work the neighbors would party till 4am so very hard to sleep. Finally the refrigerator broke and all out food went bad. the last week I just went and got a hotel in town. I would never stay here or recommend this to anyone. When I mentioned leaving early because of all these problems instead of the host apologizing all I got were e uses like the AC was checked it works the tv does work and there is nothing we can do about the parties even though the parties were from the same rented out complex. very unprofessional and obviously money driven owner instead of customer service.

The caretakers were very accomodating and Amina was also available to help over the phone. We got lost at first cause google insited we go through someone's fence but it was easy to find if you searched for trendy apartments on google. The apartment has different roads leading to it some better than others. Like most places in uganda the roads are not the best but regardless still accessible. We didn't have access to WiFi and had some manageble issues with the hot water. Its a short drive to entebbe to grab something to eat and there are neighbourhood shops around. To get there without a private car you will have to use a motorcycle(readily available) or cab. Thank you for accomodating us

The appartment is spacious and clean. It's close to the airport and provides airport drop off which was very convinient since our flight was late in the night.

Short version: Had a very disappointed stay with Amina. Left after hours of no resolution to issues in house. Message host to inform them. They respond, and I quote them: "Am really sorry about what happened today. What happened shouldn’t have happened, we had resolved this previously. feel so terrible that this didn’t get to my desk on time". However, host refuses to refund money we paid them. Long Version: Get there, no hot water (as listed in Airbnb), very low water pressure in the showers, only one mosquito net (instead of three as listed on Airbnb), no crib (again as listed), 2 towels (instead of 5, again as listed). The host is not there, but the caretakers are around. However, caretakers after hours of delaying and needing reminding fail to fix the water issues after 4 hours. Meanwhile, the care takers are in and out of the house, no etiquette. Knock on the door, bring one mosquito net. Remind them of the towels, 30 minutes later, knock on the door, bring the towels. Remind them of the crib, 20 minutes later, knock on the door with the crib. This is bad manners. This is how people behave in a rural guesthouse where you pay $15 a night to stay, not $80 a night. The insult on injury was when the host admitted that these things were problems, and knew these problems, but refused to refund my money, after a private message and then when I again requested through Airbnb. We didn't stay the night either, so it's not like we stayed and then complained later.
