Thanks Pankaj and Ashish for hosting us. Ashish is an amazing customer centric manager. The place is serene and easily accessible from the nearby markets and beaches. I had a challenge with getting the house cleaned, maybe it was a miscommunication as I waited for someone to come and clean the space, but later I was told that, I have to call and book in advance. This could be proactive from your end. Plug sockets in the kitchen weren't functioning properly, the electrician came and checked and confirmed that the connections are lose, however they didn't return to fix it. Long stays need the oven to heat food at night. We had difficulty with that. The WiFi only works when you are in one of the corners of the room, and my kid couldn't connect the TV as the connection is intermittent. These few things if taken care of, it would make the stay more comfortable. Rest the house is well maintained, clean and has all basic amenities required for a family stay. Thanks again

Its good for a group of 5-8 people, but please insist the staff for regular cleaning

This is the most worst place I have ever visited The place was almost like a haunted place . Place owner made no efforts in asking about our arrival at flat. Not a single bar of network was there . No sufficient cutlery were there. Condoms and hairs were lying there in cabinets and beds. Bed mattress was like sleeping on springs only, you can easily feel the spring pinching on your body. Air conditioner of 1 room was not working properly WiFi didn’t work for 1 Sec in our 3 days stop. Tv was not recharged but later on recharged after asking twice Lift was not working in the building. We were the only people in the entire building of more than 20 flats. I will recommend people to nstay out from this place at any cost
