The house is in at "gated community" (of golfers and sailors, we gathered), but the area is wonderful, clean, and with a completely magnificent beach only 100 meters from the house, a little supermarket and one very nice restaurant (La Punta, at the yacht club). Note that the house has four floors, so there are a lot of stairs - if you travel with elderly people. Also, note that there is no regular owen for cooking, only a microwave. Also note that one bedroom is without windows, but the air condition worked, so we had no problem with that. The pool area is behind locks and a bit troublesome to access, so we only went there once. All in all this place is definitely recommendable, we had a very nice stay indeed.
Great quiet place with the beach very nearby. Also the restaurant and supermarket are close and good.
