Mike and Kathy treat you like friends. They gave us a personal tour of the island, took us out for a local dinner and even drove us to the Ferry when we left. Also, it is so nice to have a host who speaks English. Highly recommend if you want a more local and personal experience than just a resort.

Mike and Kathy are amazing hosts. From the moment we walked into their home we were greeted and welcomed with open arms. We had amazing tips about the island and was introduced to the wonderful people of Cozumel. This was our first time to ever do an Airbnb stay and I sure hope that we are as fortunate next time as we were this one. We also took part in snorkel trips with Chala-Michael which our host own as well. The boat is pristine and the crew is amazingly helpful with tons of smiles. By the time we left we were no longer visitors on Cozumel. We were accepted as family and close friends. Do yourself a favor and forget the resorts, immerse yourself in true Cozumel with local people and you’ll laugh till you cry. Arnold and Irene.

Mike and Kathy were super hospitable. I checked in last minute and they hurried to get everything ready for me. They did a great job of communicating about the space and amenities and were concerned with my comfort and safety. The King suite was very spacious with great outdoor and closet space. They were also happy to help with tips and tricks concerning Cozumel.

Amazing place! Very helpful hosts. Thanks to their quick response we had a place to stay for Christmas day. Sparkling clean place. We had the master bedroom which was equipped with fan, aircondition, potable water, big balcony, hot shower, dressing room. Downstairs there are 2 patios and a fully equipped kitchen. its a quite area close to many small local cheap restaurants, oxxo and a very big grocery store, aki. 5-7 min. drive from the center and the ferry port. We enjoyed our days there, specially the snorkeling with Mike. Dont miss this experience with him. Also, if you want to rent a car or a scooter, they are able to help you. Thank you Kathy and Mike!
