My wife and I saw the amazing reviews about La Noce and Francesca and booked her place last minute. We had a bit of a traveler-mishap on our way in and our car got stuck on a back road. Terrified, not knowing how to speak Italian or how tow trucks are contacted, we panicked and contacted Francesca asking for any help. She very kindly and quickly sent her amazing husband to save us!! It was like seeing a super hero come to our rescue! And on top of it, we were welcomed to their home with open arms, a beautiful location and empathy. Traveling can make you feel so out of place, but Francesca and her husbands kindness made us feel the Italian love and it is truly an experience we will never forget and hope to tell our children some day. Like her husband said when he found us “it’s an Italian adventure!” Thank you again so much for the kindness, beautiful stay and incredible accommodations. P.s. she even assisted us in booking local wine tasting the next day! Truly amazing! Thank you!

Francesca was wonderful! Very communicative and offered various add-ons. She coordinated a taxi pickup and drop off, to and from the villa, and a wine tasting! She even picked up groceries for us so we could make our own lunch and dinner. The pool was amazing- my group swam the entire day. I wish we booked the stay for longer! One side note: lots of bugs, make sure to bring bug spray. This experience was definitely the highlight of our Italy vacation.

Francesca was very hospitable and helped us feel very welcomed in her home. We didn’t get to eat dinner with her but we had arrived late and she offered to make us pasta. Very kind woman and her home was absolutely gorgeous. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We had a great stay at la Noce de Francesca. The apartment is large and cozy, with a small Terrasse overlooking the mountains. The property and the garden is well looked after, with beautiful olive trees, flowers and herbs, and the pool is perfect for taking a swim. On demand Francesca provided us with selfmade breakfast in the morning (Italian or continental) and on one evening, she served us an amazing homemade dinner. We will hopefully be coming back here for some quiet and peaceful days in the mountains. (Please note that you need a car to reach the property)

Francesca was super helpful all through our stay. She helped arrange wine tastings and offered a selection of great restaurants that are all worth a visit depending on your mood. The location is fantastic on the top of a mountain with fantastic views. The nearby village of Londa offers everything you need to compete you stay. It is also a picturesque village adding to the Tuscan experience. The space itself is spacious , well equipped and tastefully designed in the romantic Tuscan rural style. The pool is good and the facilities are all more than sufficient. Francesca also offers a whole host of services that we didnt really take advantage apart from ordering freshly baked bread to our room one morning. Overall, a great Tusan stay.
