Kristoffer was accommodating considering that I arrived past their curfew time because of the traffic. I had a welcome card on the door of the room where I stayed and he patiently explained to me the mechanics of a dormitel-type accommodation (it was my first time). Since I checked out early in the morning and he was still asleep, his staff was also very kind and accommodating in processing the release of my deposit. Thank you very much!

The last time I felt at home as much as I did here was when I was in Batanes. Kristoffer and his wife Malou exudes warmth, kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Good location, price, safety, cleaning, wi-fi, shower, and staff is always stay. Bath towel also. Shampoo, soap and toilet paper was bought myself. but no problem. 7 eleven and Family mart is near.

It was not a place to stay for a vacation, but for a person like me who want to see the real local Manila, the location was very exciting and interesting. If you take train, you can get to a lot of places, and cab is not too expensive to take, especially with the U-ber type of app used in Philippine. The building is fine, shower was good, kitchen was very clean. The bed room had a very small widow, so not the most comfortable place, but clean. What was AMAZING was the owner Kris's the most kind and helpful service. You will not need to worry about getting around or anything with his support!
